Shankar Pathak, a passionate advocate for social welfare, leads M/S ADITYA FOUNDATION with a wealth of experience and dedication. After a distinguished career serving the public, he now channels his expertise into empowering underserved communities, particularly in the areas of health and education.
Shri Pathak's 35-year career as a Banker and Commissioner, Employees' Provident Fund Oraganization (EPFO) equipped him with firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by low-income earners. He leveraged this experience to extend public services effectively.
His pivotal role in establishing the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS, 1995) in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh UT stands as a testament to his commitment to social security measures.
Shaped by the Gandhian principles instilled at the renowned Netarhat Residential School, Jharkhand, Shri Pathak embodies values of compassion and service.
He holds an impressive academic background, including an MBA (Finance), CS (Intermediate), LL.B., and CAIIB, demonstrating his diverse skillset and dedication to continuous learning.
Since superannuating from government service in 2015, Shri Pathak has actively pursued his passion for social upliftment.
He has been instrumental in training and providing quality education to underprivileged students, while also raising awareness about health and wellness issues affecting marginalized communities.
His commitment extends beyond mere awareness, as he actively works to design and implement impactful programs that address these critical needs.
